I’ve noticed that when I purchase online I save a bit extra but one thing that disappointed me was when I ordered online, went to pay at the local umart branch, they charged me a silly surcharge just for using visa, that’s not nice!!!. I find the website pretty straight forward but another complaint I have is there are not always illustrations to show the item which means I don’t find out till I get to the physical branch to pick up my order. When you use Umart online you do need to know a bit about the products so I suggest researching first then going onto Umart’s website to purchase the item and then you will save. I’ve bought lots from them such as control pads, webcams, mice, computers, graphic cards and very rarely had to get a refund. The staff at times can be hard to understand but they are quite helpful.
